Step 3: Place Your Order & Approve the Details
Once you've selected your options, add your items to the cart and proceed to checkout. During this step:
📩 Upload your customisation details – Include text, images, or specific instructions.
📝 Review your order summary – Double-check the details to ensure everything looks perfect.
💳 Complete payment securely – We accept all major payment methods. -
Step 4: We Create & Deliver Your Order
Once your order is confirmed, we get to work crafting your custom piece!
✏️ Design Proof Sent Within 7 Days – Our design team creates and sends proofs every Monday. If you've selected a priority rush order, your design proof will be sent within 1 business day.
🚀 Production Time – Once you approve the design, we start crafting your order. Some items may need to be ordered in so this is why we advise a 3 week minimum turn around time.
📦 Shipping & Delivery – Your order is securely packed and shipped Australia-wide.
